Wesley Western is founder and principal of Absolute Performance Verification Services 
LLC. The firm provides pre-verification consulting services, GIPS verification, consulting on GIPS applications, and investment performance examinations. Prior to starting his own firm, Wesley led the investment performance measurement group at Moss Adams LLP as senior manager and director of the Investment Performance Measurement Services Practice, specializing in AIMR-PPS/GIPS verification and investment performance return certification. Wesley has worked with and provided advice to firms throughout the country regarding the application and implementation of AIMR-PPS and GIPS standards.
Before joining Moss Adams, Wesley worked for Franklin Templeton Investments as senior performance analyst, managing the investment performance measurement and AIMR-PPS compliance process for Templeton's institutional portfolios. At Franklin Templeton, Wesley was responsible for selecting and overseeing the verification process by a third party. Before Wesley joined Franklin Templeton, he was a financial analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase.
Wesley earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and banking from the University of Missouri and his Master of Business Administration in finance from Nova Southeastern University.
Wesley is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle. He has earned the AIFA, Accredited investment Fiduciary Analyst, designation, and he is a CIPM candidate.
Leisa Sánchez Western is a co-founder of Absolute Performance Verification Services LLC. A published writer, 
Leisa's professional career includes a stint as regional vice president at Raymond James Financial Services' Benservco unit, where she was responsible for retirement services business development among small-to-medium sized firms and was NASD Series 7 and Series 63 licensed.
Prior to Raymond James, Leisa worked as assistant vice president in the Institutional Marketing area and as assistant vice president and territory relationship manager in the Retirement Division at Franklin Templeton Investments, with responsibility for the retention and growth of defined contribution assets from major corporations, state and local governments, endowments and foundations.
Leisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism and mass communication and a Master of Science in integrated marketing from Florida International University. A member of the CFA Society of Seattle, she speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
